I recently needed to defer a payment because of a domestic violence issue that put me in the hospital and I had to relocate and fork over almost $2k to do it. I faxed over police report, pictures and statements from the county offices of the violece shelter. They told me it was not ""sufficient"" evidence to defer a payment and I needed to borrow the money to make up my payment. I cried and was devastated and all he did was say they are second chance financing and nothing he could do. I wish I did not have to deal with them at all.
