A-L Financial Corp

This company is horrible. First of all I got a truck financed through them with my ex husband (we were married at the time) and while going through my divorce I called to let them know the situation and that he had taken the truck and would be paying for it. Well when I would call to get information about the truck to put in my divorce they were rude and very unhelpful. But as soon as my ex became delinquent on the payments they began to call and be nice get answers from me. All the while I am the primary on the loan, statements come under my name ONLY and they send them to his address knowing I don't live there and refuse to change the address. Every person I have talked to has been rude unless they needed me to locate my ex. So it has been months since I have received a statement from them and all of a sudden when I called they could no longer look up my account with my SSN they needed my name. Fishy much? I hate this company. more

THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE!! They talk to people like crap as if they worked for a Fortune 500 Company. They are all low class! I was a day late on a car payment which was there by the first late day and they called harrassing me at work, on my cell, and anywhere else they could think of. Straight garbage of people!!! more

this place is scum, and the people there are slimebags. while i do appreciate that they gave me a loan, the way they treat people is terrible. i only had a few late payments (literally a few) but every time i talked to these people on the phone they treated me like crap. talked down to me like i was a thief trying to steal from them or something and threatened me everytime. now my loans been payed off for a couple months now and still no title. im sure its gonna be a fight to get it out of them seeing as how when i call to ask about it they just give me a lame excuse. funny how its ok for them to make up lame excuses but there isnt one acceptable excuse for them if your late on a payment. i wouldnt wish this company on my worst enemy. oh and rosa, if your reading you can kiss my a$$. more

First off, an auto loan at 23.5% is just terrible, but I had bad credit, so that is what you get I suppose. What I truly could not stand is they have no way of receiving payments except regular old snail mail. No online resources, no phone payments, the best they could do was Western Union, which cost over 20 bucks and took me about an hour to sign up and process. I have since refinanced...however, there are issues there as well. 1) I requested my payoff balance...it took them 24 hours to respond with the balance. REALLY!?!? My new financiers have my payoff balance in my online account, whenever I am curious, I can check it out. 2) In attempting to Transfer Title, I never received the Pink Slip and neither did my new account holder. I called to check the status, and because I refinanced, was told all details of my account were no longer in their system. They could not check records of when and where they sent the Title, just simply told me, they sent all required documents and since I no longer have an account with them they are unable to assist me. So, now I must get a duplicate for another 50 bucks from the dmv. How is this bank in business? Archaic, rude, and incompetent. more

I recently needed to defer a payment because of a domestic violence issue that put me in the hospital and I had to relocate and fork over almost $2k to do it. I faxed over police report, pictures and statements from the county offices of the violece shelter. They told me it was not ""sufficient"" evidence to defer a payment and I needed to borrow the money to make up my payment. I cried and was devastated and all he did was say they are second chance financing and nothing he could do. I wish I did not have to deal with them at all. more

I dealot with this company for 3 years and there was only 1 lady i loked. i dealt with a new person on my account at least every 6 months. i was 6 months away from owning the car and they wouldnt work with us. they were goning to take our car after 1 missed payment. Pros: 1 lady was nice to us Cons: most of the employees were so rude more

The worst company in the world...4 days late and they took my car. I didn't even get my statement 4 days!!!!! more
