We are writing this review to express our complete satisfaction with Nationwide Pool construction team in building our new pool and the quality of the final product. We were a little skeptical about the 45 working days to completion but we were pleasantly surprised. Work started on December 16, 2006 and we were swimming in the first week of February. This is especially surprising since the pool was built within an existing screen enclosure and paver patio, it rained 5 inches after the hole was dug, and construction was over the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The quality of our finished pool was excellent. The pool equipment heater, pump, filter, blower) was top of the line and much bigger than required to ""just do the lob, or meet minimum requirements"".
The final clean up was prompt and thorough. We were especially happy about the time spent cleaning up our screen enclosure since it got really dirty from the construction. In addition after the final payment to Nationwide the few missing items and fixes we noted were promptly addressed to our complete satisfaction.
The people we dealt with at Nationwide, Maria Dilalla (construction coordinator) and Todd Greco (construction manager), were always available and on top of things and responsive to our questions and requests. Maria was constantly updating us with what was done, inspection results and what to expect in the upcoming days. Because of this we never felt neglected.
We would highly recommend Nationwide Pools for new pool construction and if we were to build another pool we would certainly use them again. They were able to deliver an excellent product in a very reasonable amount of time.
