Please do your research on Better Business Bureau they have 42 complaints as of March 29,2013\r \r We signed a contract in April of 2011 to have pool built it is March 29,2013 and still they have failed to complete this project! Keith is a LIAR!!!! \r This company has failed to complete this project they take our checks and then disappear for months at a time. \r The pool was defective they had to modify the pool columns because they were not symmetrical. \r Left our yard filthy and the pool too for months\r Bait and switched our pool equipment\r Tried to extort more money than was left on the contract the day of plaster and when we said no they left and did not finish the project we hired another company to complete the pool due to be done next week \r Broken Promises Lies and More Lies awful worst experience ever I will never build another pool \r RUN FROM NATIONWIDE SAVE YOURSELVES more

We highly recommend this company ti aby obe who wishes to have a great pool. Our family is very happy with the the decisions they halped us make more

I just wanted to say thanks to Keith and the crew at nationwide pools. I had a pool and spa put in with a electric heater in coconut creek and it took them around 4 months for completion. Everything came out great. We have had the pool for 8 months now and not a single problem. I noticed this bad review and felt I should take the time to write my own review because they are a great company an sometimes other people slander companies, or the individuals are crazy to deal with. So if your thinking of buying a new pool I would use them since my experience was good. Also forgot to add. I had trouble with my final on the electrical and it had nothing to do with them. But they went out of there way to get it resolved with the city and get the final passed. And by the way Keith is a great guy. more

Devin was great. He is extremely creative, his initial design plans really turned out great and he is one heck of a salesman. I found myself not being able to say no to anything he came up with. more

Absolute worst sales staff on the face of the planet. I dealt with design consultant Ron Meyers. they tried the old let me get my boss involved and see what he can do with the price after they quoted me higher than anyone else did. After not coming down on the price 1 dollar they graciously offered to throw in a free salt system and led lighting that they would have to call the manufactures special for me. Then I saw that they had been advertising and are still advertising in thier ad's that they are offering the free system hence they werent offering me anything off the price. when i said no thank you that I was going to look around and get some additional bids the sales ""proffessional Ron Meyers started texting my cell phone and calling me calling me names and insulting me for not purchasing the pool from him. This company is a loser from the word go they promise the moon and when you start caling or checking things you rapidly become the bad guy. They do not like or want an educated consumer. Typical contractor attitude, I wouldnt trust this company to build a plastic wading pool let alone anything else. Personally I would rather sit in my bathtub then let these liars and stalkers into my life. more

I had the liner in my pool replaced and Nationwide made sure it was done in a timely manner. They even scheduled the water delivery for me. Friendly people and very focused on their wonderful customer service. Its refreshing to know there are still companies such as this that strive for excellence in their customer service department. more

Nationwide Pools - RIP OFF -- see more than 30 complaints online! Please take my advise and dont sign a pool contract with this company i worked there for nine months and it was the worst place i ever worked!if you sign with them you deserve everything you get.first they will be all happy and go lucky with you but as soon as you sign this is whats going to happen,you will never here from your sales person again,what they tell you is in the contract will not be there,they will take a large downpayment so that when you cancel they will keep it,in the middle of consruction you will need somethig that is not in the contract and they will make you pay for it,before the pool is done they make you pay for all of the pool... keep in mind that when you make that last paymeyment all of these items still have to be done,,,,,your final inspection,yard clean up,pool school,final deck paint,auto claener not installed your salt unit not installed.people please do you get the picture!they advertise all inhouse subs they are not,they advertise in house permmitting they dont have either.there subs are lucky to get there checks when they are do.please hire a pool consultant to go over all your paperwork before you sign and hire that person to over see the job because they will cut corners to rip you off. they will rip you blind, The owner is a con please beware! if anyone needs expert testomony against them please contact me i will be happy to help.i have been in the pool industry for 25 years and i am sick and tired of rotten pool companys! i am fed up! more

This company never shows up to scheduled appointments, they think you have no where to be. Unfortunately we had to baby sit every step or else they would do everything wrong. They finally finished our pool, which was a long painful process. Now that they received they're final payment we're on the back burner. Our pool deck pavers are separating. It's been a month, and still can't get anyone out here. They give you a date to shut you up, but never show up. That's how they solved everything, they just lie, lie and lie. Don't trust them!! Wish we had never signed this contract. They have take us to hell and back. Most inconsiderate staff. Four months for a 13 by 26 pool remodel with no permits...unheard of. more

Do not believe any of the reviews here. Read the comment by by MKayN. He stated Dec 2006 and the comment was written on 03/27/11??. All of these comments were written by the employees from NWP and keith himself. These people are the WORST to deal with. Once you sign the contract there's nothing you can do. Keith is a LIER. He doesnt answer his phone. It's been 4 month's since I signed the contract and nothing has been done. We call the office everyday and they give us a different excuse. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE with your money. Reseach all the negatives comments. They are all true. After I signed I found out about 2 other people in my neighborhood had the same issue. KEith will promise you the sky but once he convinces you are stuck with them more

Only two weeks have passed and the pool has substantially been completed. I am impressed! I would like to thank Nationwide Pools here again for having such a professional and attentive team. It has been a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend them. more

Although most people will line up around the block to complain about poor service, most arc not willing to take the time to recognize professional, prompt work. I would like to take a moment and compliment Nationwide Pools team for an excellent job on my pool construction project. As an attorney and former prosecutor, I was initially hesitant to undertake such an expensive project given the number of pool companies which have seemed to close over the past 18 months. Nationwide Pools allayed all of my concerns and exceeded all of my expectations as a home owner. It is obvious to me now why Nationwide Pools is expanding amidst such turbulent economic times when so many are closing or downsizing impeccable customer service, prompt construction meeting all deadlines, and a courteous professional staff. My family is now enjoying our beautiful pool on almost a daily basis! I would like to extend my sincere thanks to every member of Nationwide Pools team and I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. more
