i went to use a coupon for the serie n cigar from cigar aficionado that was a free cigar promotion and had this store as a participating dealer.he flat out refused to accept this coupon.also took the cigar from my hand. and took it back . i will never do buisness with this store again. i also contacted lagloria cigars to make a complaint. the staff has no cigar knowledge. he doesn't even smoke cigars .
