i went to use a coupon for the serie n cigar from cigar aficionado that was a free cigar promotion and had this store as a participating dealer.he flat out refused to accept this coupon.also took the cigar from my hand. and took it back . i will never do buisness with this store again. i also contacted lagloria cigars to make a complaint. the staff has no cigar knowledge. he doesn't even smoke cigars . more

EVERYTHING SMOKEABLE 8/14/2008

This place is amazing. I have never seen a smoke shop so big with so many choices. You can get anything you want in bulk including all the convience store brands. They have everything you could ever want. Also they have a smoking room with couches and a flatscreen TV to relax and have a cigar. Its great. The staff knows everything and anything about cigars. Great place! Pros: They know their stuff, they have everything, two huge walk in humidors, smoking lounge Cons: nothing more

Horrible Customer Service 5/20/2008

Horrible experience trying to return a defective pipe--loose fitting between mouthpiece and stem. Despite the fact that the pipe had not been smoked, the owner would offer neither a refund nor replacement. Very disappointing experience. more
