I have had my 2002 Ford Escape serviced by Autopia regularly for several years now. Recently I had a starting problem, not the battery. We thought it might be the fuel pump, but that wasn't it either. Autopia put their best mechanic on it for two days with diagnostic equipment to localize the fault, and they found a corroded electrical connection, which they cleaned and resealed, solving the problem. They were very fair with me about pricing. I appreciate their competence, thoroughness, and integrity.
