I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour. I got veneers 3 years ago. During the process of fitting me for veneers, my temporaries fell over a number of times. At this time, I had to drive over 2 hours to get them glued on over and over again. They would simply fall off by talking. They deny this ever happened because in their ""notes"" they said I was in for an adjustment. Once I got my permanent veneers I noticed a small crack in two of them. Three years later the top one just fell off. When I went back to have it fixed they said that it couldn't be fixed and I would have to buy a new one. When asked why, because I thought it was guaranteed for 20 years, they said because I didn't maintain regular check ups with them. I showed a record that I did go to another dentist every 6 mths to have my teeth maintained , but I didn't go back to them because I moved and also because I was not satisfied with their dental work. When is it the case that you have to agree to see them for the next 20 years of your life once you are treated? The fact is that they put on the veneers and they fell off. They should be responsible. I had a hemisection there and my tooth has been giving me problems every since (that's another story.) so I have a right to find another dentist. I spend over 13,000 at ADC and they did very little to help me out. They said they could put on a temporary tooth which would be over 150 dollars but it would not be guaranteed to stay on. I could pay for another veneer and will get a ""slight reduction"" with no guarantee unless I make all of my appts with them. I have been there and done that. The dentist did not talk to me, yet had to talk to the office manager Rupel who was very rude tell me how much I owe. She had no knowledge of dental work. She did not show any sympathy for my situation and when I asked questions about the dental contract she said to me ""do I need to highlight it for you so you understand?."" ADC is run as a money making business with little care towards its patients. The only good thing is that if you recommend their ""business"" to a friend you get a free movie ticket and if you recommend many friends you will get a cruise... I won't be getting one of them! There is also no privacy when getting your dental work done because there are no walls. The guy next to me was moaning and pain and I heard the whole thing. I also heard the doctor talking to him about his dental treatment which I think should be a private issue. In my opinion, this is a horrible place. After I went to them, my veneer was fixed by another dentist for less than 100 dollars. I didn't need a new one at all! more
