Customers Beware! I called them out when my heat did not work. They did the job without consulting me first! After completing the work I was presented with a bill for $300. Several days later when the temperatures dropped again I found that my heat still wasn't working. I contacted the company many times for close to week without even a single return phone call. Even my messages left for the owner Rex went unanswered. When we contacted another company, we were told the reason out heat did not work was because of a simple problem. The new company fixed it and we have not had a problem since. Chaffee did not fix our heat, took our money and then left us in the cold. Terrible Company!!!!!!!!
