This is the first time in eleven years that I had my carpet professionally cleaned. Len was very thorough with his estimate and explanation of his methods and process. He told me that once I received the written estimate that I could choose which services I wanted him to complete. There was no pressure and no upselling to do more than what I felt comfortable with. He answered all my questions regarding my carpets and how best to maintain them. \r

I appreciated the fact that Len protected the floor surfaces with towels before placing his equipment in the kitchen. He also was careful to wipe his feet every time he went from the wet carpet to my hardwood floors.\r

Once the carpet was cleaned he placed an industrial fan to dry the carpet overnight. He returned the next day to pick up the fan and asked if I had any further questions or concerns. He seemed very concerned about my satisfaction.\r

Len is very knowlegeable about his job and I am very happy with his work. I rate his overall service an ""A"". His price was worth the job well done.\r
