i had a good experience when i visited the store in weymouth as i had spilled wine on a good pair of silk pants and believed that was the end of them...to my dismay, the woman at the counter got the manager over to see if the pants could be saved....after looking them over he advised me to give him a couple of days....exactly 2 days later i received a call to come pick them up....when i arrived i was expecting the stain wasnt able to be removed; however, the stain and any trace of it was completely gone.....\r

I praised the staff for all their hard work and dedication to someone they didnt even know....i will continue to return my business to them, as i am forever grateful....great people, great service....
