The service we received from the Spa Doctor was horrible. They charged a service call to come out and misdiagnose our problem. Then when it didn't fix it, they wanted to charge an additional labor charge to come out and install parts that they 'guessed' are the problem, since their first guess was wrong. Then the parts took longer to come in than quoted, and they didn't even call to let us know they weren't coming out on the scheduled day. The owner Bill is extremely rude. They tried to trick us into more fees by not mentioning that the spa would need to be drained to install the parts. When we asked if it did, he said yes, but wasn't going to tell us that beforehand, because they charge by the 1/2 hour and they're on the clock while they drain the spa. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!! Capital City Spa helped us out after dealing with these jerks. They were very nice and helpful. Go to them instead!
