After hearing all of this hype regarding Sweet Memories and Food Network, I had to see what's up. SO DISAPPOINTING. Staff was cold. Cupcake came from refrigerated case, was obviously not fresh, and definitely didn't taste great. When I picked up the cupcake, the entire blob of frosting literally fell off in a chunk. I tried to bite into the cupcake, and it was almost frozen. Like I said, really disappointing.
