Had an appointment booked for a massage fisrt thing in the morning on a Saturday and after waiting 25 mins for the therapist, I left very disappointed because she stood me up. No one at the desk commented about the lateness of the therapist, asked why I was leaving before recieving services or spoke to me other than to say ""she must be running late for work""..
