I had the same situation as the previous person. I purchased a ezdeal coupon for one dozen cupcakes for 1/2 price. I made my purchase around 4 PM and there was only one customer in their store. I was asked if I called in my order in advance. I had not because it didn't state I needed to on the coupon. The sales associate was less than friendly even when I offered to take any random selection of cakes she wanted to give me. Then I had to pay sales tax. I've bought several coupons like this in the past from other businesses and have never had to do this. So far the cupcakes are just so-so. I doubt I would return just due the attitude I received by the staff.
