Poor customer service from the receptionist. We were not happy with the hair coloring so the stylist said to give it a couple of days to think about it and if we were still unhappy, she would resolve the issue. The next day while attempting to schedule a return visit to fix the hair coloring issue, the front desk receptionist was very unprofessional. She placed the blame back on us since we agreed to what the stylist was going to do. For some strange reason I always thought that it's the service provider who should agree to the customer's request and not the other way around. Further, we would have to pay full cost to resolve their mistake. I guess the mission statement at this establishment should be "If you're not happy with it, pay us more money and we might fix it". more
