I was in a position of needing a transmission in my 2002 Mazda MPV rebuilt. After going to the dealers and the dealers wanting more than $5,000 for a transmission I started to call around, as it was more than I could afford, after calling various transmission companies, I chose Dr Trans because after my inquiry of cost, time to have repaired and reputation. I chose Dr. Trans because Chris (Owner) was very complete in his description of what needed to be done, what he could do, and what the cost would be. He explained everything in simple terms that I could be understood. When I spoke with Nancy "Customer Service Representative" and over all great gal, arranging for my car to be towed from the dealer to their shop. The work took a little longer then expected because the transmission needed a computer chip. They were more than accommodating due to the delay that was beyond their control.
