Deschutes Property Management is a great company to rent from. Their staff is very informative and always were attentive to my needs. I had a maintenance issue during my tenancy and they were very prompt to take care of the problem. They are very trustworthy and honest in their work and never lead me in the wrong direction. Everything was explained to me in detail during the application process and they were extremely easy to rent from. They have a great choice of properties at an affordable rate AND I was able to view the properties that I was interested in, in a matter of a couple of days even when there was a current tenant occupying the property! I would recommend DPM to anyone who is looking for trust, attentiveness and great staff to work with!!
