Mr. Scott, I think the best way to describe your business is a victim of its own success. You have quantity, I will give you that, but you lack quality service and a quality product--you see dollar signs not the people behind the business. In a place like Central Oregon, reputation matters. So does going above and beyond to serve your customers. In the three and a half years I have been doing business with DPM not once has the person answering the telephone given their name when I have called. I have never been acknowledged or recognized when I come in the office despite my long rental history. I have never been thanked for my business. I am treated like a number on a form. I loathe dealing with the people in the office or having to do a maintence request. The homes have always been given to me in sub-par shape-in need of deep cleaning, garage door openers given with dead batteries, overgrown lawns, various things broken or not working properly, dirty carpets, dirty walls, etc. etc. And at disclosures I am told, ""Leave the property in as-good-as or better shape than when you received it."" Really? I know full well that you will attempt to charge me for things that I have nothing to do with, even normal wear and tear. I wish you were not the largest show in Bend. I wish you would get a clue and learn how to properly manage people and properties. There are so many incredible companies doing it really well here in Central Oregon. It?s never too late to make it right sir.
