It seems as though the cleaning part of the business is very last on the priority list -- I just hope that isn't the case in the kitchen. They reuse their place mats over and over. The last time I was there, mine stuck to my wrist! And all they have to do is give the place a good deep clean every so often and burn those place mats and I'd probably up the rating to a 4....assuming the kitchen gets regular visits from the health inspector to ensure at least they keep it clean back there.
