Biggest rip off ever! Totally take advantage of your customers, exceptionally poor customer service. You took our money and came out for annual maintenance and other than replacing the filter, never did one speck of maintenance to our heater. Will warn everyone about your lack of customer service, poor ethics and just plan lousy service. Aren't you glad you asked!! And dishonest to boot!

Many times the only way we know we let someone down is through surveys like this. It gives us great feedback and allows for me to try to make it right.
