I've done all of my scheduled maintenance at Acura of Portland for my 2010 Jeep Patriot that I got brand new from Dick Hanna in Vancouver. To date all of the appointment have gone smoothly. They have been completed in a timely fashion and I haven't had any issues. My best experice to date came with my 24,000 mile service. I didn't have a ride back to my office and the last shuttle had just left. One of the service reps set me up witha rental quickly for the afternoon at no cost to me. It's been great doing business with them and I can only hope that there level of service continues and can be matched by other local companies.
