First I want to clarify that I am not one to throw praise around lightly. I only write reviews or give unsolicited feedback if my experience was extremely poor or in this case if it is above and beyond the call of duty. \r
I want to commend Sono Bello of Bellevue for their tremendous care and stellar treatment plan they put forth for me. I have been unhappy with my body for a few years and having struggles shedding the extra lbs. So it got to the point that I needed some help in getting my body back and feeling confident again. I had heard multiple radio advertisements for Sono Bello and typically just tune them out. But thanks to their great marketing and catchy jingle I decided to do research. And I am so glad that I did. \r
I decided to make an appointment and meet with the patient care consultant, Stacey. Even though I made the appointment and went before going I still had in my head “this is crazy and no way I am going to through with this.” But immediately Stacey put me at ease and took time to explain the process. I had lots of questions and pushed back but she addressed them and was very upfront. I could tell she was genuine. I decided this is something that I could and should do. I decided to just to my chin and face at first. My body was a big concern but I was still weary and wanted to “test” it out to see how it went. And I was blown away. \r
I don’t think anyone ever gets excited about surgery and I think people would be lying if they say there weren’t a little nervous before a procedure. I met my surgeon, Dr. Peterson and his staff was nothing short of FANTASTIC! I couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to entrust my body to. He was so patient and thorough in his pre-op consultation. I walked away feeling great and was confident I had made the right decision. The surgery was nothing and I was talking and making jokes throughout the whole process…really. But post-opp was still something that I was concerned about and wasn’t sure how my body would respond. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to recover. Now I had sorness for the first few days which is to be expected but it was honestly minimal. I was back to work in 3 days and felt great. The best part was nothing was unexpected I had everything explained to me what to expect so my expectations were properly set. All my questions and concerns were addressed and they send out weekly emails walking you through the recovery process and expectations.\r
I am now 2 months removed from my surgery and couldn’t be happier. In fact I am so pleased I am going back to have the rest of my body taken care of and looking forward to the procedure. Sono Bello in Bellevue treats you as family and cares for your body as if it is their own. I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.
