Terrible experience. James does not answer phone calls or return them. 10 months into a job that should have been done 7 months ago and we still do not have a finished product. We have finally given up and hiring someone else to finish. He would only call my wife when i asked for him to specifically call me back. While i never thought it would happen to me, I can now say that i have been taken by a contractor, like many other people.
