i am sorry i gave them the benefit of the doubt three times, but it seems every time i go there i get a rude cashier, or see the nastiest bathrooms, and of course slip on a wet floor with a sign ten feet away from the actual wet floor. but not answering the phone on Christmas eve in a Christmas emergency tears it. you would think they would have the common decency in case they forgot Christmas is the biggest spending time of the year. and they just lost a customer. i checked before writing this their website said they were open
