Purchasing at Dick Van Dyke Appliance World was fine, it was the problems I had after we had purchased it that was the problem. There were some maintenance issues, and it was going to take too long to get my parts.

We reviewed the situation surrounding your appliance repair and discovered that since your appliance was newer the manufacture didn't have the necessary parts available to repair the appliance. It appears that we were able to acquire the parts outside of our normal channels to speed up the repair process. We will continue to strive to meet your expectations in the future. John S.
