I was having trouble with the muffler on an older ranger. I had a mechanic friend look at it and unfortunately he didn't have the tools to fix it so he refered me to Midas. Not knowing much about cars i figured they knew what to do. They told me I not only needed a new muffler, but also a new tail pipe, a new this a new that and the job would cost me $388.00. Later I found out I could have had the same job done at Meineke for under !100.00. I know these guys are in business to make money, but I will never go to a Midas shop again and will make sure that my friends aren't taken advantage of either. Shame on you Midas!
