I came in to WDD in Burnsville looking for an engagement ring and both John and Candice helped me find the perfect ring/diamond. They both worked without putting any pressure on a ""sale"" but rather to ensure I was happy with my choice. \r

They even helped me out in a pinch. My now fiance did not know I had gone ring shopping or that I was going to propose on our trip to Belize so I did not have the opportunity to have the ring sized. John and Candice allowed me to set a diamond on the band I picked out and use that for proposal purposes. \r

Now that we've returned my fiance has been in to get sized and the new ring is being cast (Veragio design that has to be made to size). I decided to choose a different diamond as well when we returned because I found one I liked even more. This was no problem for them. \r

My only gripe is that communication has been a bit flawed. When my fiance came in for sizing she was told the ring would take 2 wks to build. Then when I went in to look at a different diamond I was told it usually takes 4-6wks. No big deal, but its always nice to have everyone on the same page! We are very much expecting to have to ring before xmas!!!\r
