Our Coop has been managed by New Bedford Management for over 10 years.
I have always found New Bedford to be both responsive as well as on top of building issues. New Bedford is not perfect, but I have lived in NYC for over 40 years and dealt with all the big companies, New Bedford is by far the best Management company I have dealt with.
