I bought my car at this dealership and of the three times I have taken it here for service, it has been terrible every time. They forgot to order the part for my car and weeks went by. I called to ask about it to find out it had never been ordered, by then my car was leaking oil all over the driveway. So, I finally get to take my car in. The service adviser was rude and cold, didn't call me to let me know my car was ready. I had an appointment at 10:45 to replace the warranty part., I picked my car up at 5pm that day. It had just been finished. I left two messages asking when I can pick it up before they close, 1 at 4 and 1 at 4:45. No call back. The time before my car was there for service all day and they didn't have time to get to it and had to send a rental car to pick me up at work, and I had to take off work part of the next day to deal with a rental car.......huge inconvenience. I got an email (automated I'm sure) from the service manager of Round Rock Nissan saying to call or email about my recent experience. I did BOTH! And yet again, no response. No call back, no email. They just don't care, not even the manager and that's sad. I will never take my car there again. more
