The Lee Institute thoroughly prepared me for the exam to get my real estate salesperson license, which I now have in my wallet. (The picture on it makes the picture on my driver's license look good.) The instructors really kept the class lively. The course book, while riddled with typos, is exhaustive and authoritative. There is a lot of information to cover in 40 hours, and the instructors managed to get it done efficiently and with elan. At no point did they sound like flight attendants explaining oxygen mask protocols. Classes were lively, and the process and ethics of the real estate business were well explained.
