Called Ray after our dryer started making a loud banging noise. He arrived promptly and after taking our dryer apart determined we either needed a new blower or a new motor. He had to order the parts, so came back as soon as they came in. After taking the current blower out, he discovered a shoe-lace wedged in between the blower and the motor. He just charged us for his time and left with all the parts. Very positive experience--would highly recommend him.
