Some years back we used Tom Leach to do some roof repairs and clean the moss off of our roof, and the service was excellent. Allen was so hardworking and polite.
So, needing another repair this fall, I called Tom Leach again, but I couldn't be more frustrated with them. I never received a call back from my first message. My second message did prompt a call back, but the man who answered was surly and rude. He did promise someone would drive by and call with an estimate, which never happened. I made one last try, and the man who answered wanted to come out that day. But, he insisted on coming when I was home, which was weird, and then wanted me to come outside and show him the obvious repair, even though I had small children in the house, and then he said he would fix it right then if I would pay him cash or a check. His truck did say Tom Leach, but we had never had this kind of experience before. They always would drive by, call with a bid, and then bill us. I turned the guy down and will never call this company again.
