We went to this restaurant on Friday, 11/4/11. No one greeted us when we walked in. We had to sign up on the waitlist ourselves with no directions about what to do. The staff had an extremely unprofessional appearance and there was no eye contact while we waited for a table for 20 minutes. Finally someone came by to take us to a table. They seated us in a hallway right next to the bathroom and service door, despite a whole back room that was not full (and not all the front tables were full either)! The waiter came. The waiter was very unfriendly! He treated us like we were interrupting his day, and not worthy of his time. When the food finally came (which was a long time because the waiter came by to tell us that they burnt my daughter's pizza so they had to make a new one), the pasta was sticky and flavorless, with non-descript rubbery ground chicken pieces. The only redeeming part of this restaurant was the sourdough bread served prior to the meal! We will NEVER eat there again!
