I've had the opportunity to be a customer at Bernie's Automotive, though that's not how my relationship with them started. I work in a related business, at Hertz Rent--a-car in Ballard. I've had the opportunity to share customers with Bernie's. I've always been impressed with the way customers talk about their experiences at there. They say they get great work at a fair price, and excellent treatment from Patrick and Will. I have worked with many auto shops in the area and am always impressed with the way I'm treated when I come in. Which is good, because not all shops are happy to see the rental car guys.
