I called for an appointment for fillers and Botox. (Dysport). Had to wait 3 weeks until others made their appointments because 'we don't want to open a bottle until we know we are going to use all of the bottle'. When it came time to receive rebates I was told I didn't qualify. I called and spoke to Delores. She then told me I needed to purchase 2 fillers. I was told I needed to purchase 1 filler and 1 Dysport. When I told Delores this she said 'Sorry you were misinformed'. That's it. I'm sorry too because I won't be back and I've made sure when others ask me about the Salon I tell them what happened. I wouldn't want anyone else to be 'misinformed'.
