Massage was great and masseuse very pleasant HOWEVER, the greeting you get from the front desk at this place is not the greatest. Girls are snobby and don't acknowledge you...seem to be too busy with other things. A customer should be greeted with at least a "hello" as soon as they walk in the door. more

I've been going to this salon for almost a year now and Doris never fails to give me a great cut! I'm easily bored with my hair so she makes the cut just a bit different every time and I love it! Always prompt, always super nice, over all great salon. more

Good Services by Shawn 1/10/2012

Services were good, however, the greeting/persons at the desk when you walk in do not even acknowledge arrival on last 2 occasions. No beverages offered despite the advertising, and when I asked for a water after my services were done, I almost felt like I was imposing. more

I had Doris with the shampoo and blow dry special and she did a great job and I was so pleased. I wss going for a job interview and I wanted to look "beautiful". I had strangers come up to me in the airport to tell me I looked good. Shawn Kristopher is great and Doris is wonderful.I am going back after Christmas for a Brazillian Blowout. Shawn Kristopher Salon is the best salon I've gone to in Flower Mound. They are open great hours so its easy to schedule an appointment that works with my schedule. My cut and color is always well done. You know that you have a good cut, when it continues to look good as it grows out. I highly recommend this salon. more

Scheduling issues 12/5/2011

Stylist, Shawn is great but the scheduling is awful. Every time I've had an appointment, it's been rescheduled and on one occasion booked with the wrong stylist. more

Highlights and conditioning treatment 12/2/2011

I am very happy with my highlights and liked the stylist. Loved the support in the wash basin. Very comfortable. I'm pretty price driven and was a little uneasy that the receptionist couldn't quote me a price for services. I didn't see prices on the website either. more

Shawn always gives me a great cut and color. Doris and Shannon also do great work! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Flower Mound/ Highland Village/ Lantana area. They are among the most talented in the area, and I've tried a lot of places! I moved here from Uptown Dallas, formerly New York, and I am very particular about my hair! Give them a shot - you won't be disappointed! more

Used my groupon, my color turned out well, but the level of training is not there...needs training in blow drying and styling. Around the same prices as Tangerine salon and not the same skill level. more

From my experience of having Lori Thurmond give me Chocolate! body cleanse, I felt so very relaxed.. and "enriched!" .great, professional experience and I would love to get back for other treatments...facial, back detoix, or others. Just trying to make time and apt. Busy Women we are! liz more

Bad Info Given Regarding Filler Rebates 11/25/2011

I called for an appointment for fillers and Botox. (Dysport). Had to wait 3 weeks until others made their appointments because 'we don't want to open a bottle until we know we are going to use all of the bottle'. When it came time to receive rebates I was told I didn't qualify. I called and spoke to Delores. She then told me I needed to purchase 2 fillers. I was told I needed to purchase 1 filler and 1 Dysport. When I told Delores this she said 'Sorry you were misinformed'. That's it. I'm sorry too because I won't be back and I've made sure when others ask me about the Salon I tell them what happened. I wouldn't want anyone else to be 'misinformed'. more
