After waiting a week for another company to tell me they couldn't locate the padding I have, I searched internet and found Phoenix Carpet Repair. Called # and spoke to Bill. I described the padding and not only did he locate it but made the repair that same day. The damage was caused by a water leak and now it looks like it never occurred.
