I have been going to Botha Chiropractic for a few years now and they have really helped my posture and my migraines, as well as just feeling overall better. I would recommend anyone going to them because they take the time to figure out what is going on by doing x-rays and not just guessing at where and how to adjust. I know some people think it's a hassle to go through all that to get adjusted but I would rather invest in my health and know I'm getting the best care. Chiropractic is an essential part of my healthcare, I am not on any prescriptions whatsoever and feel like chiropractic is a huge reason for that!
