You must have thick skin in this salon....Yes, there good but, when it comes to customer service they rate a POOR. They braid to tight and they talk too much, to each other. The do nothing to make the customer feel welcome. They talk about everyone that comes in the door in their native lauguage...like just because we are Americans, we can't uderstand broken French mix with Spanish. We are all black woman whether doing a service or receiving one.
I got my haid braided today and it looked very nice, I gave both braider a nice tip because I respected there work, I just wish they would respect us as customer. I will NOT bw back. Sad to say:(
