72 Degrees has been my heating and air conditioning service provider since 2008. In those 3 1/2 years, each service technician (Cleve, James, Charlie, Gilbert, and Dan) have been exceptionally courteous and professional. When a part needed to be replaced, I was notified and shown the part (if possible) that needed to be replaced, as well as how the part works in the system.
72 Degrees is also prompt. They show up on time as scheduled (usually get a two hour window), and they call you on the day of the appointment to inform you approximately what time they will arrive.
This is a very good, local service, and I recommend 72 Degrees to other people who are looking for a good, reliable service to care for their heating and air conditioning needs.
