My sister and her 2 years old, my 3 years old, and my mom were charged with tea/water and seating fee that we had questions on, which including 2 kids were charged too, we got nasty attitude in return and were told 1 seat per charge, 1 water per fee including kids. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were ignored by the manager and got no response. When we want their names, we were refused. So We refused to pay for service charges of 15 %, which was included in the bill,so we deducted the fee from the bill. As a result, we were followed outside of the restaurant and demanded by the manager and 2 waiters and threatened to collect the service charge or we could not leave the property. We ended up paying the balance for the service charges, because our husbands were not with us at that time, and we were trying to comfort and calm our kids down because they were frightened and wanted to stay away from those big persons. We told the manager we will never return for food, and the manager replied with hope you will never come back and dont want to see us again.
