We dealt with RG Group about three months ago. They really went out of their way to help us get the products they didn't have in stock. Their price for the items they had in stock was good and in the ballpark, however we had to pay the other vendors prices for the items that RG Group didn't have in stock, and those prices were not that good. Also, their lead time for getting the products delivered from the other vendors was pretty long. However, their service was really good and we will use them again.
