While dropping off our son at school, the starter on our Trailblazer died. We had it towed to Meineke in Statesboro, Georgia after receiving assurances that they could replace it. Fast forward. One of the two nuts securing the starter was left off. To make matters worse, the electrical wires were connected so close together that the starter started intermittently even while the engine was running causing the starter gear to engage with the engine
