I went to the location in Statesboro, GA looking for a patch for my tire. The owner informed me they do not do patches which was fine and I asked him if he would put my spare tire on for me. They had some trouble trying to get the jack and spare down so I helped pull the parts out for them. After all was done they charged me $25 to put my spare tire on. Entirely too pricey and the owner insisted this was his pricing for this job. I will not be going back. Thankfully nothing was actually needed for my car. There is no telling how much that would have cost. more

My boyfriend took his car there and they stole property out of the vehicle...it's pretty sad when you can't trust a mechanic shop to work on your car and not commit the felony of theft by taking. more

While dropping off our son at school, the starter on our Trailblazer died. We had it towed to Meineke in Statesboro, Georgia after receiving assurances that they could replace it. Fast forward. One of the two nuts securing the starter was left off. To make matters worse, the electrical wires were connected so close together that the starter started intermittently even while the engine was running causing the starter gear to engage with the engine more

I went in to get a flat tire fixed. I left the tire there and returned 4 hours later to find that they were unable to properly plug the tire. In fact they attempted to put multiple plugs in the same nail hole and then use a torch to try and melt it to get it to stop leaking. On top of getting a tire with a hole still in it I also received a $20 bill. When I attempted to pay the attendant decided he did not like me putting my credit card on the desk and instead wanted me to pick it up and hand it to him. His last remarks to me were ""have a nice ****ing day"". In which I replied ""go to **ll""! This was the absolute worst service ever. I left without my $20 and with the problem I showed up with. I took the tire down the road to get it patched and will never return to that shop again. The Chevron on Fair road fixed the flat and told me they have to refix peoples cars from that shop all the time.... Just stay away! more
