Were hired to empty septic tank for a buyer. Ace-Acme failed to inform the client that the pump was 23 years old and should have indicated the need to be replaced. The new owner on using the septic system for the very first time was alerted by the alarm system. Ace-Acme was notified by the Real estate agent. On inspection they said the pump was seized up requiring a new pump.
They very rudely refused to accept any responsibility.
