Sam and his team were all very professional, flexible, and easy to work with. My 62" Mitsubishi DLP was having bulb and heat sensor issues. CE came to my house to repair the problems, but ended taking the whole TV to their shop, where they successfully repaired and cleaned it. Sam even dropped off the set early Saturday -just in time for another glorious day of college football. It's now working as good as new and I am happy to have used Sam and his team. I would recommend them to anyone.
