It is hard to find a mechanic that will be straight forward and friendly, but I found one! My van wouldn't start one day, and I figured that it was the starter. I had it recently replaced at another place and had a warranty on it. Bernie's Automotive was part of the "Napa Autocare" program so I had it towed there. Basically, they had to work on my van with no cost to me, and they had a lot of other cars at their shop waiting to be worked on. Even though I wasn't a paying customer, Will called me everyday and kept me in the loop. They fixed the van in a timely matter and did a great job! Thanks again guys!
