I have been using GroveBodyshop for all my vehicles since 2004. What makes me come back to them is their persistence to making sure the cars are repaired correctly the first time. Their shop works under the strict business ethics to provide the best customer service, quality craftsmanship and restoring you vehicle to OEM standards. I drive out of my way to have my cars repaired at their facility.
Grovebodyshop was first recommended to me by Ameriprise Auto Insurance. The adjuster at the time said this shop is not noted for being inexpensive. However, they have proven themselves to be the best repair shop they have dealt with in my area and they would offer me a $100 discount if I used them. The adjuster was correct; GBS followed through to ensure all repairs were completed correctly using the manufacture parts. Because I am more concerned with getting the repairs done correctly I have chosen to all ways bring my cars to them to repair, they have never let me down.
