Zama has a wonderful accupuncturist, Katelyn Decker! I was involved in a car accident 5mos ago, and started accupuncutre approx 2mos ago in August, and I swear along with the massage therapy, Accupuncture has helped to speeded up my recovery process!!! My neck and shoulders always feel great after accupuncture!!
I'm a newbie to accupunture and let me tell you, it is not for the faint at heart,.. they are tiny little needles and you do feel an instant little prick, but Katelyn D. does her absolute best to adjust the needles so you are comfortable with your experience. Katelyn also does various forms of massage or other techiques to complete your sesssion so overall its a very comfortable and relaxing experience. I would recommend this very helpful and rewarding procedure to anyone involved in a car accident or sports injury, it really does give you results over time., I've noticed the difference in only 2mos!!
